Professionals, Not Just Neighbors
When we need someone to watch our pets, our first instinct is often to ask the kid next door to pop over and fill the food bowl. But Becki, the highly passionate owner of Your Best Friend’s Friend, wants pet parents to know one crucial thing before they hire help. Her team of thirteen dedicated staff members are not just casual hobbyists looking to make extra pocket change. They are highly trained professionals.
When you hire Your Best Friend’s Friend, you are bringing in trusted experts who hold an A Plus rating with the BBB and are Pet Centers Glocal certified. Most importantly, they are completely Pet CPR Certified. This means you are not just getting someone to mindlessly toss a tennis ball in the backyard. You are securing top tier, knowledgeable care that ensures your pet is genuinely safe in an emergency.
Meet Becki: A True Colorado Animal Lover
Becki is a Colorado native who has breathed the crisp mountain air of the Rockies her entire life. For three and a half years, she has poured her heart into the professional pet care industry, but her deep love for animals spans a lifetime. Growing up and throughout her adult life, she has eagerly shared her home with a wonderful menagerie of creatures including hamsters, frogs, fish, cats, rabbits, and of course, dogs.
Today, Becki is a proud mom to a twenty four year old daughter in college and two beautiful rescue pups of her own. Holly is a lovable, energetic mix of Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, and Great Pyrenees. Her brother Cooper is a handsome and loyal Pit Bull and Rottweiler mix. Becki’s deep connection to her own rescues shines through in every single interaction she has with her clients and their pets. She treats every animal as if they were sleeping on the foot of her own bed.
A Passion You Can Feel
If you ask Becki what she hopes clients will mention when they leave a glowing Five Star review, she does not just say she wants praise for her reliability or her punctuality. She wants people to instantly notice her absolute passion for the job.
This is a passion that simply does not turn off when the workday ends. One of Becki’s absolute favorite activities over the past few years has been volunteering her free time at a local puppy rescue. She even serves as a dedicated foster parent when dogs need a temporary, loving home before finding their forever families. At Your Best Friend’s Friend, that same boundless affection and tireless dedication is poured directly into your animals.

We personally had a good experience with YBFF! Left for a weekend and our cat hates leaving the house so we didn’t want to board. Becki came over for a meet and greet and covered all her bases. The first day, the sitter pulled our bins up from the street without being asked just to get them out of the way—so kind! We got pictures and videos every day of kitty being played with, and she’s normally very shy. I think it’s a great sign that she liked the sitter so much.
