Carolyn is a lifelong Texan who has been immersed in the pet industry since 2001. Her journey began right at home during her childhood. Under the loving guidance of her mother, she learned the delicate arts of bathing and nail trimming. Those early days sparked a passion that eventually led her into the veterinary field. She spent time as an assistant and later as a technician at a clinic in North Richland Hills, Texas.

In 2006, Carolyn relocated to Central Texas to care for her grandmother. While working part time as a bather for her aunt, she had a massive realization. She noticed that many veterinarians and traditional dog groomers were incredibly reluctant to work with cats due to safety concerns.

Seeing this gap in care, she decided to pioneer a groundbreaking solution. In 2007, Carolyn launched the concept of grooming cats completely within the comfort of their own homes.
